Abstract:
E-governance is an IT enabled special service offered by different Government organization for improving the service effectiveness in different areas of governance. These services are often being outsourced because of several reasons without analyzing quantitatively. But there is need for justification of these outsourcing quantitatively. In this paper a case analysis has been done with the help of the queuing theory to justify these outsourcing decisions and suggested a model for carrying out outsourcing in general.
