Abstract:
The challenge of aligning artificial intelligences - how to prevent them from pursuing "bad" objectives - is not just a technical question. Companies and human societies also face "misalignments" between individuals, teams, strategies and values. Mirroring these two worlds makes it possible to overcome fantasies to propose concrete solutions.
