Abstract: In a changing environment, a company's survival depends on its human resources, so it's in every company's interest to attract and retain employees capable of managing change. Knowing and managing your people is of paramount importance. For this reason, companies would do well to broaden their vision of HRM, while drawing inspiration from neuroscientific contributions. The combination of these two disciplines has given rise to nothing less than Neuromanagement, the study of the conditions and processes that contribute to the fulfillment and well-being of individuals and the optimal functioning of companies. This research aims to test the relationship between Neuromanagement, well-being, motivation and HR performance through a quantitative study involving a sample of 90 Moroccan companies (GE, TGE).The conclusions drawn from this research highlight the importance of neuromanagerial practices in business, as an approach to improving HR performance.
