Abstract: Nëaloa, entreprise française d'une centaine de salariés, fait face à de mauvais résultats commerciaux qui contraignent son directeur général - l'étudiant interrogé - à prendre des décisions quant aux futures allocations financières. Les primes des employés, qu'il s'agisse des commerciaux, des experts scientifiques ou encore des agents de production en usine, sont particulièrement visées, mais des arbitrages doivent être faits pour éviter qu'un sentiment d'injustice ne se propage. Parallèlement, le directeur général est confronté à d'autres problématiques, moins graves, mais qui requiert également son attention....
