Abstract: Tea recognized as a moment of conviviality and entertainment, is consumed in most cases in group. 87.77% of respondents consume tea in a group or at home. This notion of "Grin", "Thédrome", "Teadrome" or "Tea Party" thus finds its meaning. For the purposes of this article, a composite methodology was used both quantitatively and qualitatively. To reach thirty-five (35) respondents, therefore sample size, interviews were conducted. The literature on tea, its consumption reveals the therapeutic side. However, it should be noted that tea as it is consumed in our cities require a number of precautions. And the purpose of this article fits well in this direction. In fact, 11.63% of respondents are concerned about being subject to diabetes, a metabolic disease linked to a high sugar level in the blood. Tuberculosis, another disease in the wake of grins, worries 23.77% of respondents. Environmental hygiene and food hygiene or even hygiene in all its dimensions is a base in which we must draw to clean up the circle of grins. This environmental sanitation operation goes through education through school programs, social networks and communication channels such as television, computer graphics (display of awareness spots for the fight against diabetes and tuberculosis by example). By doing so the state wins to treat less and thus reduces the budget of this line. Doing so the worktime of the citizens is maintained and the desired development could only be better.
