Abstract: This article aims to identify the ethical dilemmas faced by robotics researchers and the factors that may influence them. The theoretical framework is that of ethical decision making and moral awareness. Our methodology is based on observing a university robotics team and conducting semi-structured interviews. Three ethical questions specific to research and six questions specific to roboethics were asked. Three factors can influence the ethical awareness of researchers.
