Abstract: Dans plusieurs pays, dont la France, la justice expérimente l'usage de l'intelligence artificielle. Quelle serait la légitimité d'une décision de justice rendue par un algorithme ? Serait-elle plus dissuasive ? Des chercheurs ont testé la perception d'une punition selon qu'elle émane d'un juge humain ou d'une IA.
