Abstract: The literature on spirituality at work makes it possible to go beyond the limits of research into the meaning of work by situating it within the broader question of the meaning of life, in short faith or spirituality. David Miller proposes a theoretical framework and a measurement scale that seems particularly promising for analyzing how subjects integrate their faith or spirituality at work. This chapter discussed the relevance of this measurement scale and uses, for exploratory purposes, the portrait of a person living their faith at work.
