Abstract:
An Employer Group (GE) is a structure for pooling jobs for its members. Its triangular organization creates a horizontal structure that places member organizations and the employees made available on the same level. Professional dialogue facilitates interaction between skills organization (exploitation) and skills development (exploration). Thus, the GE's mediating third party helps overcome the paradoxes of an ambidextrous organization and generates meaning in work for all GE employees.
