Abstract: In light of current management difficulties in addressing both external and internal crises, researchers should explore alternative analytical frameworks to better understand present and future organizations. The prospective reflection we propose, as an alternative to classical approaches, aligns with the vision of living processes within organizational dynamics. Therefore, intersubjectivity becomes central, as the organization is fundamentally a space for encounters and the co-construction of meaning between actors. Approaches such as symbolic interactionism and phenomenology highlight the importance of lived experience and interactions in the formation of identities and practices. This also requires a methodological renewal, favoring approaches related to the managerial act and the researcher's reflexivity. Finally, it invites us to rethink management by promoting dialogue, active listening, and innovation within organizations.
