Abstract: Abstract In the face of rapid technological advancements, particularly those based on artificial intelligence, Moroccan universities are challenged to meet the growing expectations of students and the demands of the job market. To address this, they have integrated digital tools into teaching processes, resource management, and student support systems. Today, professional requalification has become a key lever for strengthening employability. It aims to equip students and professionals with the skills needed to adapt to ongoing changes in the labor market. In this context, artificial intelligence and the digital transformation of higher education open new opportunities to support individuals throughout their professional journeys. To analyze the impact of artificial intelligence and the digital transformation of higher education on professional requalification, this article relies on a lexicometric analysis of scientific literature related to these concepts using AI based exploration and analysis tools such as Litmaps and SciSpace and processed with the IRaMuTeQ software. Keywords : Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Higher Education, Professional requalification, Lexicometric Analysis, Litmaps, SciSpace, IRaMuTeQ.
