Abstract: This article examines the applicability of the Magnet Hospital model in French healthcare instituti ons, which are facing a structural shortage of healthcare workers. Based on a systematic review of the literature, it identifies five managerial levers that could improve organizational attractiveness: transformational leadership, clinical autonomy, empowerment, collegial climate, and workforce management. While these levers are relevant in the French context, their implementation requires changes in hospital management, greater recognition of healthcare managers as local managers, and the integration of well-being at work into performance indicators.
