Abstract: Malgré ces beaux discours, le taux d'emploi des seniors est encore faible, loin derrière les pays scandinaves par exemple. Pourquoi ? Les trois principaux freins sont financiers, culturels et médicaux : les seniors coûteraient chers, s'opposeraient au changement et seraient souvent en arrêt maladie.
