Abstract:
Traditional management models aim to control work, from Taylorism to management by objectives, each using methods of standardization or individual engagement. Digital management transforms this control into data monitoring through algorithms, automated indicators, and collaborative platforms, generating stress, burnout, and new forms of workplace harm. Protecting employees and preventing psychosocial risks requires "responsible digital management" that respects autonomy, the right to disconnect, and mental health. The goal is to humanize work, allowing individuals to give meaning to their activity, embodying the concept of a "happy digital Sisyphus."
