Abstract: As part of the Grepsyt study day, this presentation introduces the Work-in-Transition Fresk (WTF), a collaborative and fun tool for observing, understanding, and discussing the ecological transition through real work. Inspired by the Climate Fresk methodology, the WTF narrates an organizational diagnosis of the ecological transition in a public structure and encourages debate on the links between decisions, activities, and impacts on nature, people, and work. It invites participants to express their emotions and points of view and to imagine possible transformations. This approach encourages interaction, an understanding of the tensions between decisions and actual implementation, and enriches participants' perceptions. It shows that the success of the ecological transition depends on listening to and understanding those who live and organize the work. It also highlights the role of ergonomics in the design of fun, operational, and artistic tools to mobilize stakeholders, promote learning, and contribute to development.
