Abstract: Phygital, a contraction of the words "physical" and "digital," refers to the so-called "connected" store. More broadly, the concept encompasses all the digital tools and associated initiatives that physical retail outlets can implement to facilitate and enrich the in-store customer experience while supporting the brand's commercial development.
