Abstract: This article offers an in-depth dialogue with Sabrina Menasria, a neurodivergent entrepreneur, author, and speaker specializing in neurodiversity, to explore the specific contributions and challenges of neurodivergent profiles in entrepreneurship. Through her testimony, key themes such as over-adaptation, emotional hyperexcitability, the search for meaning, areas of talent and effort, and resilience in the face of failure are addressed. The interview is enriched by a critical analysis that questions the limitations of the distinction between neurodivergent and neurotypical entrepreneurs, as well as the social and organizational conditions of inclusion. The article contributes to opening a still largely unexplored path: that of a sensitive, intense, and unique entrepreneurship, capable of transforming established norms.
