Abstract:
Based on an intervention research, we propose a scheme of development of dynamic management tools for the performing arts organizations by combining external administrative system (OLFL) and internal managerial process. The co- constructed appropriation of these management tools then optimizes their ability to develop a new dialog with their public partners.
