Abstract:
Based on the theory of dynamic capacities, we seek to understand in this chapter the process of organizational transformation of the Friche la Belle de Mai in an entrepreneurial dimension, i.e. the combination of existing and emerging resources and skills to meet its creative, productive, social and economic challenges with a view to the development and sustainability of its activities.
