Abstract: Design Thinking is a human-centered, iterative, and interdisciplinary approach to innovation that aims to develop products, services, and experiences that are desirable for users, technically feasible, and economically viable. This course introduces the core mindset of design thinking, including empathy, curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and tolerance for experimentation and failure. It explores the main stages of the process—immersion, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing—while emphasizing divergence and convergence, iterative learning, and the transformation of ideas into tangible solutions through continuous user feedback.
