Abstract:
In an increasingly multifaceted economic and social environment, organisations associated with high technologies are facing accelerating technological development and global technology based competition. Therefore, it is necessary to understand, communicate and assimilate technology strategy with the business strategies for survival and growth. Organisational learning has been widely accepted as a significant characteristic that leads for organisation's sustainability and growth. The purpose of this study is to examine the positive effects of technology strategies on learning and growth of organizations. For the pilot study, an online questionnaire was used to collect responses from the organisations which belong to several sectors. The conclusions and implications of the findings of this study will provide useful information for both academics and practitioners to understand the vital role that technology strategy plays in simulating organisational learning and growth.
