Abstract:
This poster focuses on the promotion of local leaders in luxury hospitality in French Polynesia and highlights the talent shortage in the industry since 2019, exacerbated by the pandemic, as well as its potential long-term effects on service quality and managers' working conditions, while the industry, although demanding, offer long-term career perspectives, including opportunities for promotion and mobility.
