Abstract: Résumé Dans un contexte marqué par la professionnalisation croissante du sport de haut niveau, la conciliation entre performance sportive et réussite académique constitue un enjeu majeur pour les jeunes athlètes engagés dans une double carrière. Cette étude vise à analyser de manière comparative les principaux modèles internationaux de programmes Sport-Études (PSE) afin d'identifier leurs fondements organisationnels, leurs facteurs de réussite et les contraintes susceptibles d'en limiter l'efficacité. La recherche adopte une approche qualitative fondée sur une revue systématique de la littérature scientifique et une analyse comparative de documents institutionnels relatifs aux dispositifs Sport-Études. Le processus de sélection des publications a été conduit selon le protocole PRISMA et a permis de constituer un corpus de 173 articles scientifiques portant sur les politiques de double carrière et l'organisation des programmes sport-études. Les résultats montrent que l'efficacité de ces dispositifs repose principalement sur un cadre institutionnel structuré, une gouvernance collaborative entre acteurs éducatifs et sportifs, une organisation scolaire flexible ainsi qu'un encadrement pédagogique, médical, sportif et psychosocial adapté. Toutefois, plusieurs contraintes persistent, notamment les tensions entre exigences académiques et sportives, l'insuffisance de ressources et les risques de surcharge physique et mentale chez les jeunes athlètes. Cette étude à la compréhension des modèles internationaux de programmes Sport-Études et offrent les bonnes pratiques à adopter dans le contexte marocain. Abstract In a context marked by the increasing professionalization of high-level sport, balancing athletic performance and academic success has become a major challenge for young athletes engaged in a dual career. This study aims to comparatively analyze the main international models of Sport-Study Programs (SSP) in order to identify their organizational foundations, success factors, and the constraints that may limit their effectiveness. The research adopts a qualitative approach based on a systematic review of the scientific literature and a comparative analysis of institutional documents related to Sport-Study programs. The selection process of publications was conducted according to the PRISMA protocol and resulted in a corpus of 173 scientific articles focusing on dual career policies and the organization of sport-study programs. The results show that the effectiveness of these programs mainly relies on a well-structured institutional framework, collaborative governance between educational and sports stakeholders, flexible academic organization, and appropriate pedagogical, medical, athletic, and psychosocial support. However, several constraints remain, including tensions between academic and athletic demands, insufficient resources, and the risks of physical and mental overload among young athletes. This study contributes to a better understanding of international Sport-Study program models and highlights best practices to be adopted in the Moroccan context.
