Abstract: At a time marked by profound transformations in work practices and the widespread adoption of collaborative environments, collective performance has emerged as a major strategic issue for organizations. It is now understood as the outcome of complex interactions within teams, mobilizing multiple dimensions ranging from behavioral to digital. This evolution reflects a growing need to understand how research trends intersect with emerging organizational challenges and collaborative work environments. This study presents a bibliometric analysis focused on the occurrences and co-occurrences of keywords in the scientific literature on collective performance over the period 2015–2024. Based on data extracted from the Scopus database and analyzed using VOSviewer, the study highlights the key terms structuring this field of research and their interrelationships. The results reveal a sustained growth in scientific output on collective performance and a structuring of the field around five major thematic clusters: (1) leadership, diversity, and team dynamics; (2) creativity, collaboration, and knowledge management; (3) cohesion, reflexivity, and conflict management; (4) contextual specificities, particularly related to healthcare teams and gender issues; and (5) transformations of collective work marked by virtualization, intercultural communication, and remote work. The analysis thus confirms the fundamentally multidimensional and contextualized nature of collective performance, while also revealing a geographical concentration of research in Anglo-Saxon and emerging countries. These findings help structure the main conceptual contributions, identify tensions within the existing literature, and outline future research directions and managerial implications suited to contemporary collaborative environments.
