Abstract: This research examines the evolution of collective Territorial Human Resource Management (THRM) mechanisms by integrating the emerging needs and aspirations of employees and territorial residents. Our findings, based on the study of two empirical research settings, show that focusing on territorial well-being in territorial attractiveness strategies complements existing THRM mechanisms traditionally centered on employment issues.
