Abstract:
This paper presents the CBD framework as a unified approach to the analysis of complex adaptive systems and collective dynamics. The study examines how systems emerge, stabilize, saturate, and transform through processes of accumulation, interaction, and constrained governability. The framework focuses on dynamic regimes rather than isolated events, emphasizing thresholds, temporal effects, and structural transitions. Collective behavior is interpreted through mechanisms of propagation, adaptation, coherence, fragmentation, and informational influence. The work explores the formation of stability, the emergence of fragility, and the conditions leading to regime change. Particular attention is given to mimetic dynamics, temporal governability, reversibility limits, and informational tipping processes. The corpus is organized as a modular architecture allowing progressive exploration of complex systems. It provides a common analytical language applicable to social, informational, financial, technological, and collective environments. The CBD framework is proposed as a structural reading operator for understanding transformation and governability across domains.
