Abstract: This study provides an analysis of the conceptual frameworks of inclusive innovation and responsible innovation in healthcare institutions in Senegal. An evaluation of achievements was conducted based on the qualifications of responding healthcare workers from a sample of 63 health facilities, including 41 from the public sector and 22 from the private sector. The results reveal that awareness, enhancement of skills, resource accessibility, and the existence of an appropriate setting are the key drivers of these innovations. To accomplish these objectives, it is essential to implement a cohesive strategy that incorporates ethical, environmental, and economic considerations.
