Abstract: Cette communication s'intéresse à la recherche-intervention (RI) comme étant un cadre méthodologique adéquat pour mettre en place un projet territorial (GRH-Territorialz) au service de l'emploi avec les différents acteurs. Elle se base sur une expérimentation réalisée auprès d'une intercommunalité qui nous a sollicité pour l'accompagner à mener un diagnostic territorial dont l'objectif est d'identifier les problématiques liées à l'emploi que les acteurs perçoivent et de mettre en place des actions communes
