Abstract:
In this issue, the journal Socio-économie du travail provides an overview of current knowledge on the professional integration of refugees in France. In the introduction, we first summarise the international literature on the professional integration of refugees. This overview then allows us to highlight the specific features of France's policy on the professional integration of refugees. Finally, we conclude with a presentation of the various articles in this issue, which share a qualitative approach to documenting how the mechanisms work. Taken together, they paint a picture of the professional integration of refugees that oscillates between obstruction and eagerness.
