Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic has exposed vulnerabilities in supply chains, prompting a thorough reflection on communication strategies to enhance resilience. This study focuses on developing a communication strategy specifically tailored to the healthcare supply chain in response to the challenges posed by the global health crisis. Through a rigorous methodology, we analyze the literature to design a communication strategy model. This model aims to identify key elements to consider when preparing for a disaster, assessing associated risks, responding during a crisis, and resuming normal supply chain operations after a catastrophic event. The goal is to provide practical guidelines for effective communication throughout the crisis management cycle. The study's findings emphasize the importance of proactive preparation and continuous risk assessment as the foundation of crisis communication. Transparency, flexibility of communication channels, and coordination among supply chain actors are identified as key elements of the proposed strategy. This article offers practical recommendations for developing a resilient communication strategy to address supply chain disruptions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
