Abstract:
How can we assess the skills of nursing students in nursing training institutes while staying close to the reality of the field? How can we bring together a group of healthcare executives and trainers around a common simulation project? Structured objective clinical examinations in nursing can answer these questions and demonstrate the power of training professionals to work together on a common educational project.
