Abstract:
Yann Le Bossé holds a PhD in psychology and is a professor in the Faculty of Education at Laval University in Quebec. He has spent more than 35 years working to advance knowledge about the development of empowerment in individuals and communities. He is the author of several specialized books and numerous scientific articles on this subject. The purpose of this interview is, on the one hand, to understand the concept of empowerment and, on the other hand, to question its usefulness in the field of management within healthcare institutions.
