Abstract:
À l'occasion du Printemps de l'économie 2026, le prix Nobel Philippe Aghion donnait son point de vue sur le crédit impôt recherche (CIR) qui, avec 7,8 milliards d'euros attribués aux entreprises en 2023, représente les trois cinquièmes de l'aide à l'innovation en France : "Sur le CIR, aucune étude ne montre un effet. Rien. […] Le CIR doit être remis à plat". Faudrait-il donc supprimer ce type d'aides à l'innovation aux effets si peu convaincants en matière d'innovation ? Peut-être pas, mais il serait souhaitable d'en revoir profondément l'esprit.
