Abstract:
How can we better understand today's organizations? By offering a new way of looking at the organization and its actors, this book invites us to take a different perspective on how they function. At the heart of this approach: the interactions between individuals and the importance of situations experienced in daily life. Drawing on symbolic interactionism, the author shows us how organizations are built through exchanges and relationships between their members. This original perspective offers valuable keys to understanding for all those interested in management, whether they are practitioners, students, or researchers.
