Abstract:
This press release presents the results of doctoral research. The inductive approach advocated by the grounded theory is applied to the adoption of e-learning methods as they appear in the experience gained. According to companies the adoption decision e-learning is more or less forced, or free. One can distinguish a typology, which though different are complementary, depending on whether the company's e-learning initiatives have been ambitious, cautious, or negotiated. This situation makes particularly delicate the engineering e-learning training with strategic orientations of the companies a particularly delicate matter to the organisational change.
