Abstract:
Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) became quite frequent in health communities of practice : several medicine specialists are using net groups to share knowledge about specific pathologies or symptomas. At the opposite, health public organi-zation do not use yet such systems. Our work is a case study of installing such a system in a public heath organization. We have searched for determinants of KMS installations' success and applied those determinants to our concrete case.
