Abstract: Measuring the asymmetric impact of satisfaction attributes is a research topic of growing interest. The objective of this article is to propose a new methodology, based on the logistic regression statistical technique, and able to mitigate the limits of former methods, detailed in a first time. A sample survey on n = 30 795 consumers underlines the discriminant and the nomological validity of such a method.
