Abstract: This communication presents the research objectives and hypothesizes of a study in progress made atFrench "National Stage" (Performing Arts Organisation). Mixing questionnaires and in depth interviews,this research will allow to list the major reasons why some theatre goers prefer not to subscribe. The firstresults show that the actual subscription formula must be transform into recompense formula, like loyaltyrewarding cards.
