Abstract:
This article analyses the problem of the transfer of the public monopoly to the competitive market on the sector of funeral services. It describes the creation of new rules for the government of the market, through the negotiations between State services and professionals. The main topic concerns the capacity of the professionals to build a collective and autonomous action. The issue is the regulation of the labor market as well as the services/product market.
