Abstract: Whereas the professional equality is moving, in particular through the" Charter for the equality between men and women " between the government and the social partners, which future takes shape between men and women? Where of it is one difference between men and women, when one speaks about the " new fathers " and homoparentality? Which is the condition of the equality between women and men, not only inthe firms but also within the family? Does the couple still have a future, while the access to the parentality is a new claim? It is around the debates on these questions, real stake cultural, economic and social, that this paper tries to bring elements by centring the discussion from recent works. One gives some basic points here allowing to better understand the future of our society.
