Abstract:
The objective of our article is to study the impact of the quite recent phenomenon of servicesoutsourcing. Starting with the analysis of the available data on the service activities outsourcing, wepropose a presentation of the public policies stake on this specific question and we show in which waythe institutional framework, at the national and global level, influence these movements of relocationand their consequences. We conclude on the difficulties in front of which the social State will beconfronted
