Abstract: Based on consumer behaviors in multichannel distribution literature and academic studies on the Internet, this article focuses on how the use of the web site may influence the consumer's perception of quality in-store. This research highlights the need to redefine quality parameters taking into account the development of multichannel distribution, especially the development of Web sites.
