Abstract:
Responses to climate change have been biased against adaptation in the last decade. Such stance is on the wrong track as global warming and adaptation are now ineluctable. Acknowledging the importance of adaptation would be a strong signal for reinforcing the ability to implement greenhouse gas emissions mitigation policies.
