Concurrence imparfaite, variabilité du taux de marge et fluctuations endogènes

Abstract:
In this paper, we study the emergence of endogenous fluctuations in an overlapping generations model where the product market is imperfectly competitive. We analyze the role of the mark-up variability and the degree of increasing returns on local indeterminacy and the existence of endogenous cycles. We show that endogenous fluctuations can occur even under weak returns to scale.
