Le Régime d'Accumulation dans le Cône Sud-Americain depuis les années 1990. Crise de régulation ou crise d'accumulation ?

Alexis Saludjian

Post-Print from HAL

Abstract: This article sheds light on the paths of Argentina's and Brazil's growth regimes since the 1990s. Despite the labour productivity increase, growth has not benefited the population homogenously. Wage earners have been particularly affected by macroeconomic volatility and excluded from the benefits of economic growth. Theeconomies of these two countries have been used to illustrate the excluding growth regime. The analysis has placed particular emphasis on the ruptures and continuities of the Kirchner's and Lula's administrations.Titre en anglais.
