Abstract: This research results from the study of technology called the « Cartable Electronique ». The aim of this article is to report on experiences and to offer some thoughts for reflection on the importance of the sharing of practices in the development of ICT. How does a technology evolve inside an organisation? Why and to what extent does the sharing of practices influence the evolution of this technology?
