Abstract:
The patrimony heterodox analyses set out in other papers of this issue don't allow to distinguish different kinds of human organisations. The goal of this paper is to present a somewhat different concept of patrimony in modern societies ; i.e. two kinds of going concern -territories and organisations- and to understand the relations between the formation processes of the patrimony of each one.
