Abstract:
An employee on two considers that its company could make more for better balancing its employment and its family life. Whereas the three quarters of the employers recognize they have a role to play, and that the State account on them, their implication is very disparate.Children are private but such a public stake, and the assumption of responsibility of the parentality is a whole objective whose firms must be seized. They have there a role of first plan to play. The communication analyzes why and how.
