Abstract: This contribution examines how the reorientation of the public policies since 1945 accompanied a transfer by the relations between associations and the authorities in the sanitary and social sector. Organized on the basis of compromise supporter of corporatism for the period of growth former to 1975, theses relations are articulated at present on a complex mode of guardian and competing regulation, but also according to partnership logics' on specific territories
