Abstract: With the extension and the renewal of neoclassical economics, heterodox-analyses legitimacy in nowadays labour economics is not so secured as in the past. However, despite its destabilized situation, the heterodox perspective retains a distinctive scope, because based on problematics which cannot be reached by mainstream economics, in particular those of subjects at work and of labour patterns.
